Dear Directors of the Global Country of World Peace,

The Blessings of Silent Administration, Jai Guru Dev
 
I wanted to share with you some of the feelings, the knowledge, and the experiences here in Vlodrop of the beautiful silence Maharishi is creating for the world, and the effect his silence is having on our consciousness and our activity.I am confident that the same effect is manifesting in your hearts and minds, and in all the Governors and Sidhas around the world.

We are all doing puja to Guru Dev every day. By tradition, when we do puja, we open ourselves to that channel of knowledge and experience that Maharishi and the Tradition of Masters represent. The purpose of the puja is to open the heart and the mind to those finer levels of awareness, and to coordinate and integrate them with the level of Pure Consciousness. These mechanics prepare the teacher to play his or her role in imparting the teaching. Now, those same mechanics are also creating within us a great openness to the power of silence, the power of silent administration that Maharishi is unfolding.

Maharishi’s silence now is profoundly changing the world; it is changing our lives more dramatically than ever before. Maharishi said many years ago, as far back as 1968, that he was going to go into silence. When he was asked why he wanted to go into silence, he said “I am much more powerful in silence; I can do much for the world from that level of silence.”

Now Maharishi is administering the whole world from silence. He is doing the maximum possible to bring Silent Administration, the administration of total Natural Law into each of our lives. We remember Maharishi saying in the beginning days of the Raja Congress, when he was describing Silent Administration, that Kriya Shakti, the power of action has its basis in Gyan Shakti, the power of knowledge. He said that in order for our personal activity and the activity of the Movement to reach new levels of success, for our lives to expand to that level of enlightenment and invincibility to which we have all been aspiring, what was needed now is for our Kriya Shakti to be reinforced and strengthened by Gyan Shakti.

Maharishi is doing just that—enlivening Gyan Shakti, the Silent Administration of Nature. From his side, from his deep level of Samadhi, he is bringing the infinite organizing power of pure knowledge to all of us. We are all experiencing this in our meditation, in our Sidhi Program, we are experiencing that increased power and clarity of the silent value of Pure Consciousness, that transparent consciousness, that bliss of the light of God, permeating more and more into our awareness. This is one of the many effects that Maharishi is having on the world right now.
 
Our role is to experience and deepen, to mature, what he is creating in world consciousness, and in our own consciousness. That is the role we have on the level of our consciousness.

And on the level of our activity, our role is to present the knowledge that Maharishi has requested we present in the form of the DVD lectures of Maharishi, of Dr. Hagelin and other great speakers in the organization. Our role is to present these lectures to society on a broad scale, to the top level of society everywhere, immediately, through every possible means such as conferences, internet, public and private presentations, etc. The reason we want to do this now is because Maharishi, in the last 50 years, has created, and is now even more creating, the fertile field for these seeds of knowledge to immediately bear fruit.
 
As Governors, we’ve all had the experience over the years of wanting so much to present the precious knowledge we have, but often times finding that knowledge falling on deaf ears; finding that people were not receptive, not appreciative of the magnitude and power of the knowledge.  But now the time is different. Now, the opportunity is here. Now, that fertile level of receptivity is growing rapidly everywhere in the world. We will find now, if we follow this simple instruction of presenting this knowledge through the Invincibility Conferences, that a new seed will bear a whole new crop in the world.
 
Maharishi has said that we don’t mind if only one man in a hundred hears the knowledge and begins to enjoy it. But now that one will be many more than one in a hundred. It will be many people that will understand and appreciate what we have to present now. This is the new level of development of the Movement that we are expecting from this wave of DVD presentations. We’re casting a large net out into society, and in that net we will bring in many, many more precious and enlightened people to help us spread Maharishi’s blessing throughout the world.

I just want to emphasize to all the Governors what a precious time this is—what a precious opportunity to just say Jai Guru Dev—just to keep on doing puja to Guru Dev and to bring into our own lives the great blessings that Maharishi is giving out right now. It is a time to bring totality into our own lives, and then present it innocently and confidently to everyone around us to all 12 areas of society. People will come flooding in to support us in the goals that we find so precious in our lives. This is the time to just be alert. Be alert. Be alert to do what Maharishi has asked us to do. He is very, very powerful now. He’s very powerfully giving us the blessing of Gyan Shakti in our lives that we need to bring our lives and our quest for enlightenment to fulfillment. There is no other time in the history of the Movement that has presented us with the opportunities that we are experiencing right now. So please do not miss it.
 
With the completion and fulfillment of his teaching, Maharishi has asked us for a gift, a gift to return to him what he has so graciously and so generously given us for 50 years. This is a law of nature; this is the Tradition, that at the end of the teaching it’s necessary and appropriate for the student to give a gift, a Dakshina. This is a payment by the student back to the teacher for the knowledge that her or she has received. Nature likes balance. When something is given, something must be given back for nature to remain in balance.

It’s not that Maharishi would ever need anything from us. What can we possibly give Maharishi? He’s infinite and complete. But this giving of a gift is what helps the teaching bear its full fruit in our lives. Dharmo rakshati rakshitah. He who upholds Natural Law, Natural Law upholds him. It is also very blissful and fulfilling for us to have some task that he has given us that we can do our best, continually, to try in some way to express our love and gratitude.

Maharishi has, as always, been infinitely generous in asking for this gift, because he is only asking for something that will, again and again, bless us, bless our lives, and bless our societies and our countries and our world. He has asked that we give him a gift of the Towers of Invincibility and schools, schools that will bring coherence and enlightenment to the young people of our nations. He has asked that we build Invincibility Towers and schools in our countries and present the knowledge of all 12 areas of society. This is what Maharishi-ji has asked us to give him, but it’s really a gift to ourselves. It’s a gift to the world. It is in that same line of giving where Maharishi, in his fullness, has only given to us for these 50 years.
 
Now is the time to act. The first step in acting, the first step in that process of building a school and a Tower of Invincibility, is to present the knowledge to society through these conferences, using the DVD’s that Maharishi has sent us. This is the step that will enliven the knowledge in society and bring to us many, many new people that will help us to build all these Towers of Invincibility, and help us fulfill our responsibility to Maharishi and the Tradition.

It’s a beautiful opportunity, and I am so happy that every single one of us together is completely focused on this right now. We all want every one to be able to appreciate the supreme blessing and opportunity that this represents, and act on it with full alertness and full joy. In one of his last talks to the Rajas, Maharishi told us how to act at this special time, and he said it in three words, “Together, together, together.” That is how we should act now because that is how we will be invincible.
