Latin America reverberating with enlightened activity

Dr Jose Luis Alvarez Roset, Raja (Administrator) of Latin America for the Global Country of World Peace, recently announced that since, under the inspiration of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Guru Purnima is being celebrated on 29 July by 192 countries, 'it is being organized for African and Portuguese-speaking countries, that Yogic Flyers and teachers of Transcendental Meditation are going to countries that have none, and preparing for grand celebrations.'

Also, he continued, countries are organizing land for Invincibility Towers. 'Twenty-one countries have land for it,' he said, 'and very soon there will be Towers of Invincibility in every country.'

Dr Roset spoke of Venezuela's Angel Falls—the tallest in the world—in a remote valley in a national park. There, the traditional people have organized a special programme for the special day of Guru Purnima.

'Developments keep happening in this way.' Dr Roset explained, 'In the capital city of Haiti—Port Au Prince—the Mayor's Office has offered land for the Tower of Invincibility. People in Bolivia have also been given 5.5 hectares [of land], making it possible [for the Tower] to be with Vedic Pandits, in La Paz.' A special programme is being prepared in Cuba. In short, he concluded, the global momentum of invincibility is growing.
